To thrive in this position, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience in marketing or communications, have strong experience with SEO/SEM and social media marketing, be familiar with website content management systems, CRM programs, and have the ability to use InDesign or similar software.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for all divisions in an effort to attract potential new customers, retain existing ones, and drive awareness of the company's business activities.
Your main duties include developing and maintaining the company brand, creating collateral and advertisements, overseeing marketing vendors/partners, and managing your budget.
Education and Experience Required Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.

years SEO / SEM experience Preferred 2-5 years retail experience preferred Knowledge, Skills and Additional Abilities Familiarity with website content management systems, MailChimp (or other email software), CRM and MS Office applications.
Experience managing AdWord campaigns and a large paid search budget.
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - experience in creating, composing and writing ad based copy highly preferred.
Business acumen - possess insight to larger digital business goals and objectives and understand how the role fits into overall strategy.
Strong knowledge and experience with SEO/SEM required.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple obligations and meet deadlines.

GENERAL MARKETING TASKS:
Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization in an effort to attract potential new customers and retain existing ones and drive awareness of the company's business activities.
Assist in managing the Marketing Budgets.
Work closely with media organizations/outlets to negotiate pricing and execute marketing plans and build strategic partnerships.
Partner with digital advertising agency for website, SEM and SEO planning, implementation and management.
Stay up to date and execute on latest trends, skills and strategies in graphic design, web design, SEO, SEM, photography, marketing automation, social media marketing, email marketing, content generation, lead generation management and customer relationship management.
Analyze market trends and strategies of competition and the market as a whole Design print and digital ads, publications, and branding material Collaborate with sales teams and department managers to adjust and refine marketing initiatives Field and manage fresh marketing opportunities Strategize in building relationships with the community through fundraising efforts, donations and partnerships.
A willingness to help with whatever else is required to drive our company forward and represent our brand.
AUCTION/RETAIL MARKETING:
Coordinate marketing and merchandising initiatives with the team and deliver the message to our customers consistently through appropriate marketing channels.
Distribute and communicate marketing calendar to management.
Identify appropriate marketing support for each initiative and execute to a high level.
Maintain social media daily and interact with customers through each platform.
Content planning, implementation, and maintenance for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Google+.
Coordinate and/or make website updates.
Graphic design (some) for ads and flyers Schedule with third party professional and/or conducts photography and videography for awards submissions and advertising use.
Evaluate campaign results and share them with the group EVENT COORDINATION Plan, promote, support and oversee major events for company.
Maintain calendar of industry events.
Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements and logistics; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists, coordinating and organizing sales product demos and marketing materials.
